Pole size guide

When choosing pole size, start of with putting your elbow straight down towards the ground.
After which raise your hand so that your upper arm and forearm creates a 90 degree angle, then clench your fist and imagine that your holding a pole in your hand.
Meassure the length of the distance between the top of your hand and the floor. This number rounded to the nearest size of poles is your recommended length.
It's important to remember that pole size is a very individual thing, and in the end it's down to personal preference.
Some people like longer poles and some like shorter ones, the best size for you is the one with which you feel most comfortable and stylish!
