Refunds

Refunds are only available if it has an issue straight from the factory.

Misuse, improper way of treating the product or similar cause of breaking the product do not meet the requirements for a refund.

Our team will handle each refund case individually and are trying to be fair and just with our judgement.

Please take in consideration that refunds could potentially take som time to sort out.

Refunds are only available if they meet any of these requirements and within 14 days after delivery.
